Had a special request with my order and the lady at the register, Blanca, was very lively and receptive. She made sure to follow through , informing me as she went along to make sure my needs were met and satisfied.ud83dude0a Pizza was delicious! 10/10 would eat again!

Horrible customer service, not friendly at all & cashier didn’t have a mask ud83dude37 on. Didn’t accept app coupon(stated it had to be redeemed in store & to ask cashier to scan) the cashier said she didn’t know how to use it and gave me the option to get someone else or to just not use; when the other employee came over she simply looked at my QR coupon & said nope those aren’t accepted here, she didn’t even bother to try & they have a sign by cashier to download app to get app coupons to use, then they clearly shouldn’t advertise for it if they don’t accept them

The pizza I ordered was made very fast and very good. I love the atmosphere of Pizza Patron. The ladies are so sweet and we’re able to help me choose the right pizza for myself. I love their pizza I will never stop coming back here. I can’t wait to come back

This has been a very frustrating hour dealing with this company. This is going to be my first time to eat here I went online and I looked up the specials I suffered through the horrible website and completed my order to be told at the end that there was an error. I then went inside the store spoke with the manager and was informed that I needed to download the app. I did a seat told me to write in the store I completed the order again right in front of the manager and at the end is still gave me an error code. They acknowledge that the problem was with the website and the app but yet they still did not redeem the promotional offer that they advertised. So I just wasted a whole hour dealing with their incompetent technical failure just to be told at the end that I cannot apply that promotion. I think that it's very rude to add insult to injury and not keep their word

Management and front cashier are not familiar with how to do online phone app coupons. Cashier went for management and woman didn't even bother scanning our coupon she just said the phone coupon is invalid in store....only online.
