I have taken items to them that have come back with candy stains on them along with pieces of candy. I have been overcharged on same items...for example, I brought in two sweaters and the guy who took my items charged me for one of them being a light coat...how?? One was a cardigan and one a zip up sweater. He charged me $4.99 based on his interpretation of my item. When I questioned it, he gave me $1 back. I will no longer take my items to them for cleaning. I have been a customer for three years now...

Been going to this place for awhile. Service was ok. I like their In by 9AM out the same day. First issue involved 3 pairs of Levis jeans. When I received them back, the buttons where barely hanging and pulled out when I tried to button up the pants. I informed the cleaners and was told it was an issue with the pants. I've been wearing Levis for 20+ years and have never had that happen, but ok. Final Straw was last week. I needed to attend a funeral and arrived at the cleaners at 10 AM. I asked if they could have it ready the next day by 1PM. Was flat out told no. So I went down the street to the other cleaners and told them the situation and they indicated that it would be ready. Will not be going back to Dryclean USA again.

On 4/13/19 I picked up my clothes from the cleaners. The manager gave me a refund because my clothes were not properly cleaned. I informed the cleaners that my pants were damaged and the manager refused to resolve my issue. I've contacted this cleaners several times and the owner never returned my calls or resolved my issues. I called the location on 5/31/19 and the manager keeps hanging up in my face and telling me that they are an independent company and can do whatever they like. this type of behavior is unethical, unprofessional, and totally unacceptable.
