Prices are low and cheap. But the tools quality are cheap and low also. Bring us better quality tools and I will give 5 ⭐.nI bought the gold membership but they only give you discounts on a few certain tools and it's different few tools and items each month.!! ☹ufe0fnI wish they had a point system like most Autoparts have for their customers. The more you buy, the more points you get. And you could use the points to redeem for tools and products.
They have everything a person who, fixes, builds, repairs, and creates. At a price the will not break the bank. The only problem I have, is not enough time to explore the store.nnNote for the management;nIf you see the same person with a cart half full for more then 2 hrs, offer them water ud83dudca7 ud83dude44 because they have lost all time and space. Harbor Fright seems pretty good. The prices that I glanced at looked pretty reasonable. The store was clean and although there was a long line help was called to open another register. I didn't buy anything because they didn't have what I needed, the only reason for a 4 star rating.
I can always count on finding what I need... everything from tools for my car or work around the house...
Stood in one line for 10 minutes then another register opened up and then others quickly dodged to new line my turn was up then I was set back while others skipped in another aisle to create a new line then the rude cashier said to me she is your cashier go wait for her to check you out but I was already waiting before the other register opened up so I just left I will never go to this unorganized harbor frieght ever no structure what so ever
