The two young men that came to our house were courteous and prompt. I had called every plumbing company in the surrounding area. They were the only ones that called back within 10 minutes and were able to immediately tell me they could come out this afternoon. They got to our home and went above and beyond to fix the clog. My landlord hired this company. The person who came out (Jody) was very kind and thorough. He communicated everything clearly and he didn't make a mess. His daughter was his assistant, which I thought was cool. Would highly recommend. Since the landlord hired them, I don't know if they're expensive or not, but definitely polite and professional.
