This group of investors bought my parent’s home. Three men, Fred Levein, Adam Walker, and Bob German met me at the home address. They surveyed the property and were very personable and honest, giving advice when needed. They were very understanding, knowing that my childhood home was emotional to sell, at the least. These men were professional and respectful throughout the entire process. They were also supportive in helping me to encourage a sibling to re-locate. I would recommend this group to anyone who is selling a home, especially through an estate, where property must be sold as-is. A special thanks to Adam Walker and Bob German. Keep putting the customer/seller first, and, you will have continued success!

Moving is very stressful, but the process was made much easier by Adam Walker of Sister City Properties. After meeting with Adam it was clear that we didn’t need to look any farther. He is caring, honest, and trustworthy! He understood our situation and handled everything quickly and the amount offered was more than fair. I highly recommend Adam and would encourage anyone needing to buy and/or sell a property to contact him first...you won’t need to contact anyone else! I cannot thank Adam enough for all of his help, and saving my sanity.
