I have been living at Covington By the Lake apartments since March this year (2020) and I am very happy so far. I am renting a 2 bedroom apartment with pond view. The place is very quiet, with a lot of amenities like a gym, dog park, a pond, swimming pool and so on. It is located in a very convenient place, just aside a Target and also very close to the Jefferson Mall. The design from the apartments is also very nice and the staff is very friendly and kind. I love being also very close to my job!nOne important thing to me to consider is the safety of my family, this place has a private security service in charge of guarding the complex.nI would really recommend this place to live!

UNIT: 1 Bedroom StandardnnOverall great place to live. A new apartment complex with nice amenities inside and out. Pool is super nice during the summer months. Overall staff is friendly but can be busy from time to time. Charcoal grills around complex for outdoor cooking and grilling.nnPROS:n- New complexn- New Appliancesn- Low energy bills for 1 bedroom apartmentn- Hookups for washer and dryer.n- Ceiling Fans in Bedrooms and Living Room.nnCONS:n- Wished it was a gated community as there is a ton of local traffic.n- Lawn maintenance occasionally done on Saturday on Sunday which can disturb a quiet weekend.n- Apartment prices are a bit high but they are new apartments.n- Water and Sewage is not included in price.n- Maintenance could do a better job of keep trash and grounds in better condition and ensuring vehicles in parking lot are not abandoned, broken down or wreck and left for long periods of time. (3 out of 5).n- No Doorbell (not that knocking is hard)

My husband and I love living at Covington. We are close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. All the neighbors are friendly and we have met some really good people. We love the fitness center and that we are within walking distance to major stores. The staff is always helpful and they make sure everything gets taken care of quickly.

Great place to live!nEverything in the apartments is brand-new. It's clean and quiet, no issues with the neighbors.nMaintenance works great - a small issue with our furnace was fixed same day.

Excellent amenities offered within a quiet, clean, and new community. These apartments work well for a variety of people: families (including your pets which is a need for many), professionals, and students like myself.nThe worst part about this place is how much money I’ve spent at the Target next door, which is in walking distance!
