The refrigerator old,stove is old, curtains are old to they don't want you to put any other curtains up maintenance patrol the lot looking for curtains that are not theres and if you do they have to be white they might as well come and decorate your spots, the swimming pool is not free you have to pay a fee to swim , floor sounds like you can fall through it at anytime, they paint the rails going upstairs and the paint is peeling off ...

LOL! Unlike the rest, I really love my apartment. Yes I am a student but I don't think that harps my judgment on a good apartment. I have a one bed room deluxe. I love the office staff. Maintenance has always came in a timely manner. That day or the following. I love my neighbors and the girls across from me. Old man Frank takes a walk everyday and loves to write music. Great since of community. The only thing I do not like is the kitchen appliances are not updated and there is no ceiling lighting but not a big deal. Plus the do not salt the parking lot during the winter. I will complete my 1st year and I will be renewing.

I needed a place to stay ASAP! They knew that! I put in my application over a week ago and the apartment is ready but yet my application is still pending?! It doesn’t take that long to approve or deny an application!......They need new workers that actually get the job done!

Well, let's just put it this way. I have only a month left of living in this place and I could NOT be happier.nnFirst of all, there's a leak in the ceiling, which I have made the office very aware about and they have not fixed it at all. Second, they will get onto you about every little thing that you do. Example, I left a small chair, and a cooler on my back porch, adjacent to where the patio is. A few days later, I get a call from the office stating that I have to move that, or I'd get a 14 day notice for eviction. Lovely place to live, right? Not to mention *not speaking for all people in this area* there's police here for domestic violence issues, I'm guessing all of the time. Walls are pretty thin, so you always have to deal with people blaring their music, which there have been complaints but the office doesn't really don't do anything about it. Also, I'm stuck here paying about 750/per month for a townhome. Oh, and the lifeguard they hired stole a decent amount of cash from my wallet.nnBut hey, if you like paying an extremely high price for low quality apartments, this place is for you!

The line in the HVAC unit keeps leaking behind the wall so there is black mold growing. They are aware of it and they came in and spray painted over the mold. There's also a leak in the ceiling that's 'nothing to worry about'. I can't wait to move.
