Company was able to accommodate me into their busy schedule within minutes of me calling and sent a technician right away. Mr. Holder was professional, polite, and educated me on questions I had about our heater and water. He has the patience of a saint! Even after our bathtub faucet was fixed he even unclogged the bathtub drain for us which was very considerate of him. It was much appreciated! Would definitely use this company again!

Ryan was friendly, understanding and very patient as he searched for the busted pipes in our home. He did an awesome job on our repairs and explained everything as he was working. He made sure there were no other leaks inside or outside our home before he left.nBenjamin Franklin is my go-to-plumbing company. I can count on them every time and I trust the work they do. Jason knew his job perfectly. He tried to all he could to repair my outside faucet that was frozen because of the winter we had. The line broke off inside the brick wall so he had to chip away to get to the rest of the pipe. He did it with such precision so as not to damage the window. I used to be a property manager so I know what good work he does. I watched the entire process. His office was also very professional and was in touch with me until Jason arrived. Highly recommended this company!

Guys, be careful about their diagnosis fee, it was not disclosed to me upfront, I was so surprise!! I have used many other big plumbing company, and some of them charge trip fee and some does not, and when I make the appointment with BF, I was told I am on standby , so there is no trip charge, and when the technician arrived, the toilet was working fine(i guess tenant was able to unclog it before technician arrived), and then when when the technician is ready to leave, he wants to collect the $76 diagnosis fee. He said the plumbing just work fine, so there is not really a work for him to do unless I want to replace a toilet which he do recommend. I am ok paying what I should, but it is very important for them to be transparent on the price upfront if there is a flat fee for them to present. And as matter of the fact, if I know it upfront, I would choose bakers brother’s $39 trip fee rather then the standby(no guaranteed appointment) for $76.

I had a pipe burst in my master bathroom and reached out to Benjamin Franklin PlumbingnVery polite over the phone and I received calls and text messages to alert me the plumber was on his way. David Ray was very professional and extremely knowledgeable on his work. He checked everything and double checked his work. David did an outstanding job on my pip repair in master bathroom.nI would recommend anyone who need pipe repair to contact this company.nThank you David for your outstanding job!!!
