I had left a bad review but it was just human error. It happens. They came right out today with a sincere apology & fixed the problem. Both the emergency plumber that came out the other night & the one that came out today were very polite & helpful. I truly appreciate all their help and hard work getting the brick out of the pipe! I have used D&M for 10 years for both of my DR Horton homes. They have serviced over 1000 customers, and to see 8 negative reviews tells you something: they should have 99% positive reviews.nnMy plumber arrived on time and fixed my broken shower knob which had 2 stripped screws, and replaced my old kitchen faucet quickly. Excellent work, highly recommended. Staff is courteous and easy to work with. And their prices are reasonable compared to most. No trip fee, almost all plumbers charge $40. I will continue to use D&M.

Terrible experience!!! I need someone to call me ASAP! They sent a plumber on Friday to check our pipes in the laundry room and the bathroom because it kept backing up. Well, he apparently messed something up because now my whole house is flooded from the washing machine! They don’t even have a website and of course no one is going to answer the phone! D.R. Horton refers us to this trash plumber for our warranty. He didn’t fix any of our issues, only created more!!!
Many problems with this company, first the person that came just decided to walk into my house without asking after I answered the door. Second, he was extremely rude when asking me questions as if i was a huge inconvenience to him for my new construction house having all plumbing backing up that they installed within 1 month of living there. Terrible business honestly I have enough money to just pay someone to come out from another company in the future. I will not be utilizing my warranty and sending the builder this information as well to hopefully prevent others from being forced to use this contracted plumber.
