The pasta is always cold, but its still good. I ordered a custom pizza and used the pasta sauce as the pizza sauce. It was hands down BEST pizza in the whole restaurant. Perhaps its my pregnancy tastebuds talking, but either way I loved it. The brownies are always delicious and moist. Theres always a good amount of pizza to choose from, and its nice that its not too crowded here. Fairly clean restaurant and overall friendly service.nnUPDATING 2 YEARS LATER: with the virus going around, they are now limited to what they put out but you can still order any type of pizza you want. They closed the buffet and now serve you food themselves. Its clean, tidy, and organized. The chocolate brownies are gone, which sucks, but we managed anyway.

The customer service was excellent from the moment we walked in the door. The staff was extremely attentive. There was always fresh pizza being put out, though the location was very busy when we went. The staff was continually cleaning up, delivering pizzas, and providing excellent service. They were quick and made this the smoothest run CiCi's I've been to and I really enjoyed the food.

Lunch buffet for $6.39, so, hard to complain. It’s a good value, but you’ll never confuse it for very high quality pizza. Clean facility with arcade games for fun too.

Me and my family usually hate this location. Usually because of bad service or bad dining environment. Im glad to say today was an exception! The staff was working very hard. I want to specifically call out Carlos. He was the one who answered my call and took my order, then when I arrived he had a lot to handle but he was working very hard and he had the rush under control. Fast and friendly service! Give carlos a raise! Or do something nice for him and all other employees who worked that evening! 1/24/21
