This is the 3rd time I have ordered SUPREME tacos and this is what I get! I have order via door dash...the drive thru...and in person! No matter how much emphasis I put on the word SUPREME when I place the order I always get this dry taco. Do you all no longer offer supreme tacos??? I have called the location for a refund, credit or even to correct the order and guess what...they won’t answer the phone and after calling 3 times they took the phone off the hook. Go figure.

I was in here earlier today around 12:30pm. The young lady at the counter was was extremely rude to me. I try my best to be polite to everyone especially because I’ve been in the service industry for 10+ years. I couldn’t believe how disrespectful she was.. tone of voice, body language etc. When my order was ready she even threw her hands out in a rude manner and says “ALL READY” like I was a bother to her. I hope she doesn’t act like this regularly because it put a damper on my day, and I’m sure it would anyone else.

Staff have very choppy attitudes and just say “Here you go” hand you your food and walk off like they don’t want to be there and be bothered with you to say the least. I also placed an order and forgot to add something and asked the cashier in the drive through to add it to my order- she tells me that they cannot add anything through the drive through. I have never heard of that in my life! She said I would have to go all the way back around, get in line and add the burritos as a new order. She just did not want to do it. Bad customer service!

LONG line at lunch in the drive thru but to their credit they worked through it rather quickly. Service was good. Food was typical for what you'd expect from T Bell.
