To the crew that was working around 7:00pm, you guys were absolutely awesome. I had a big online order and had someone offer to help me take the food to my vehicle. It was super busy so I felt bad they’d take their time away to help me, but it was so kind of them! Everyone had amazing attitudes and were so helpful. Thank you guys for such a good experience.

When you drive up to the drive thru lane and see the line, you wonder “Do I really want to eat from here? It will take forever to get my food!” The line moves quickly. The staff is quick to take your order. Payment is easy with a credit card, gift card or cash. Once you get to the second window to get your food, you are given your food, nice and hot. One time, they did not get the order correct when we wanted to substitute an extra piece of toast for the slaw. I brought it to their attention via their online feedback site. I got a call the next day from Priscilla, who wanted to tell me that she heard my complaint and wanted to make it right. It helps if you post your receipt and a picture of the box with the incorrect order. Priscilla is a great OM who made it right. Great work by the staff at this Raising Cane’s franchise. Five stars!

Hopefully you know what to expect since it's a canes- only option is chicken tenders.nBut as far as locations of this chain go, I was incredibly impressed with this one.nI went through the drive thru during dinner rush one night, and the long line was moving at a good pace. The staff was friendly and polite despite the business and I saw the employees through the window performing some impressive multi-tasking to keep things from backing up.nAnd they remembered my extra sauces!!! Even on a good day, stone cane's in the past forget my extras, but this one got them right despite the rush! Thank you and great job!!!

The chicken fingers are kind of going downhill they are getting smaller and but everything else is still great.

This RC is great! The drive-through line is usually wrapped around the building yet I never spend more than 5 or so minutes in it. The food is great, as always, and they've never messed up an order. Love coming to this location! Thanks!
