Like the sandwiches but the wait is forever.
We were without power in Anna Texas for almost three days. I had pulled into Arby's after waiting for hours in line for firewood. That sandwich was so good I forgot how good Arby's really is. My wife and I will definitely go back again
Decent food. Was a bit cold. The service was extraordinarily slow on my visit, however. We went around 3:30 and there was a line wrapped around the building. Maybe it was one bad day, I'm not sure. I might go again eventually and see how it is. Overall, it was a decent experience aside from the 30 minute wait.
The service or lack there of at this location is a travesty! It truly annoys me! I like Arby’s BUT I’ve been to this location 4 times and got food once!!!! Why?! The damn computer system is ALWAYS DOWN!!! Never going back to this location! The employees are so rude too. They talk to you like they have better things to do than to bother with you. One was even scrolling her phone while talking to me! Ugh!
The food was made poorly. You also need better supervision at this location. The line was backing up today and at the window there were 2 hispanic girls clearly on their phones and joking around. I understand you're hiring children but can you have some standards though? Won't be back to this location.
