We have ordered from Jim’s Pizza many times and their pizza is amazing. With that being said the phone customer service is AWFUL!!!!!! Tonight we ordered and delivery time was 45 min to and hour...I’m still waiting on my pizza just shy of 2 hours. They must have caller ID because my husband called 2 times and was hung up on; I called when he did and they answered only to tell me they should be here in minutes.....still waiting!! The delivery driver was so sweet but I do intend to call the owner, Scott, tomorrow. Scott needs to address the telephone customer service.

Wow!! I haven’t had this kind of old-school pizza in forever. Apparently this is a local family owned place that’s very community involved and loved. The staff were quick to take our order and very knowledgeable about the specials. My friend and I were enjoying a weekend away and just wanted pizza, hotel, and cable television. This pizza hit the spot. Went here based off location and google map ratings. Let me say the “fluffy” crust is perfection. It’s somewhere between thin crust and deep dish, cooked all the way thru, with just a touch of a crunch on the under side. The toppings and cheese were plentiful. Overall great value, good quality, perfect crust, and nice staff. Can’t wait to go there again.

Great local pizzeria. We have visited many times and will continue to keep coming. Ever since the first time I came here, I was hooked. The food is great. Probably some of the best pizza in McKinney, maybe even the metroplex.

Jim's is a McKinney institution. It was the first pizza I had as a child and I have been coming back every since. The buffet offers a wide variety of pizzas. If they don't have your favorite pizza under the lights they will gladly make it for you. The salad bar has many choices. If you did not get your feel on pizza and salad then the cinnamon pizza and ice cream will do the trick. The second generation now runs the show and they have stayed true to Jim's way. R.I.P.

I so remember in my 10th birthday my mother through a birthday party for me at Jim’s, when it was located across the street from the Library. At that time he had arcade machines in it. What a great throw back moment that has lead me to continue to support such an amazing establishment. Also, lead me to proudly introduce to my children. Thank you for business and providing outstanding authentic flavorful pizzas.
