Excellent customer service!!
Delta Canopy has been wonderful to us! We've purchased a Baby Bedding set for our soon to be Granddaughter, 3 Flat Screen TV Wall Mounts, a Pop Up Canopy and a Gazebo! Haven't opened up the Gazebo yet but I'm looking forward to it.nnI love that they sell replacement parts and the customer service has always been good.
Great service..
Good Product and Great Customer Service. We purchased our tent from Delta Canopy in 2015 and have enjoyed it ever since. It has allowed us to extend the season of using our yard to almost year round. We use it in the Summer without the sidewall panels to provide shade. We use it in the Spring and Fall with stand up heaters and add lighting it for a great party atmosphere. We even use it in the Winter for our family Christmas Party. This past Christmas we used the tent to host our extended family, and the next day the temperatures dropped, it snowed, and we had four damaged sidewall panels. We contacted Delta Canopy and Amberly walked us through the entire process from confirming measurements of the panels, to shipping them to us. Like the tent itself, we are amazed at the inexpensive cost of replacing these panels. A good tent and great people at Delta Canopy!
Delta Canopy is a small business with a large satisfied clientele. Products are shipped all over the country with a large production grossing 300 to 500 tents a week. Their policies can be found on the Delta Canopy website and on the listings for their products being sold on additional web based platforms. They are upfront with ALL policies. Since their employees are not sales agents but rather customer service agents, they are able to answer questions honestly and educate a potential customer. Before making a purchase of an unfamiliar product, contact the company and get your questions answered! Educate yourself on the product, usage and policies and you will be a much happier customer!
