Great prices but the staff is lacking. I bought just a few things the other day and it took about 15 minutes. Not too friendly to the white folks but the Hispanic patrons get treated quite well. Not sure what that's all about. RE; thank you for your fast and extremely generic response. I'm a white Male so I don't have a right to say Hispanic people were treated more friendly and efficiently. Love this store spend a lot of money here every time I go in, this time needed some sockets to keep my job going and the assistant manager turned into a mask police officer.... when last week I came in and the Gm told me I was fine without a mask because no one can force it upon someone? All I can say is it cost you money hopefully it will be different soon.
Worst customer service you can find when it comes to a tool supplier. Both guys that sit behind the counter are not willing to help or acknowledged their customers. The only reason that people walk in their facility is because of the tools they have
