Payed for exterior wash and wheels. This is the second time I had it done. The wheels weren't even touched. Whole areas of the car were left un cleaned. Tire shine was put on, but was streaky on the tires. This was both times. i also tipped well both times. I don't expect perfect. I just don't want to have to wash it a second time after paying for a wash. I will be doing it myself next time. I doubt anyone learns from this review.
Well, I just had the worst experience at Signature car wash. Years ago I used to come here all the time and have my Ford Expedition cleaned and they always did a fantastic job. Today after they were done I got in my car and was shocked to say the least. I wish I could post pics! The reason I went here is because my husband bought me a new car and this is a brushless car wash. I thought at first it was just the cup holders that were still dirty. Omg. My screen was not touched nor were any of my stick finger prints. Basically I do know exactly what he did. I went over to the guy that cleaned my car and said this is unexceptionable. He got in my car a drove off over to the vacuum cleaning area. I was told they do not wipe down leather sets and I didn’t pay for a detail. For $25 bucks I would expect to use cleaner and a towel. I then was yelled at bynthe manager and told never to come back again! Gave my money and walked away. The funny thing about this the manager was the one who cleaned the inside of my car. Use your own judgment if u want to come here. Unfortunately, an employee said this was not the first time this has happened. Wow. I wish I could post my pics.
I pulled up asking to have my truck detailed so it can look like new. A main concern of mine was washing the seats and the floor mats since I have two kids and they can be quite messy. The salesman offered a $99 package that included all that plus cleaning and armor all on every panel. It took almost two hours for them to finish my truck. I could tell they paid attention to detail in cleaning the interior. The part I wasn't amazed with was the exterior. The interior back of the rims weren't touched. My exhaust pipes tips are a shiny black color and they didn't wipe those either. The towels they were using to dry my truck were not clean . I could see oily streaks on the glass and the black paint. I also had water running down the door handles which left noticable water marks . The fender lining was not cleaned at all. The front tires also had missed spots that weren't cleaned. I expected alot more for the exterior attention to detail especially for $99.
I think I wasted my 35 dollars. Before I paid, I asked if I could clean up my trunk. They said yes, so I paid. Because my trunk was quite dirty, I found it was not cleaned at all. I might as well go by myself, the boss didn't even open my trunk to suck, where should the leaves be there! As soon as the door opened, there was a very pungent smell, I remember that 35 did not include perfume. And they missed one of the cushions, how busy is it?
Poor work organisation, cars lined up behind in a huge traffic jam around the car wash for no reason. Price is at least 20% higher then CarShine or the other common chains. No self service vacuum stations. So you really getting just an exterior for $8. Not worth it, in my opinion.
