This Taco Bell is great! Of course like any other store it has its problems and ups/downs. This is a new store in Melissa Texas filled with many students who are just now getting the full opportunity to be apart of our team. This opportunity comes with many adversities though. They need training, work experience and customer service experience. Here at Taco Bell we strive for customer satisfaction and friendliness. As long as errors are corrected and positive attitudes are kept, its a successful day. We have a far way to go, but we are currently in the process of turning things around and making this store your favorite stop in the city! Believe in us and we can truly make everything perfect.

We usually order on Friday nights through their app to pick up in store. The staff is friendly, but multiple times we have shown up when our food was supposed to be ready and they had not started making it yet, which meant we had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Also, we LOVE their food but 50% of the time our order has been either missing things or it has been completely wrong. We still go here because we like the food and convenience, but if there was another Taco Bell closer we would go there first.

We have been here half a dozen times. Our order has been incorrect every time. Hopefully the store gets better with age and training.

Placed an order on the Taco Bell app. I took nto consideration the weather and that they probably would be closing earlier than normal. After I was notified that my order was ready for pick up I went to the restaurant and was told that they were closed/had run out of food. I explained that I made and online order and had already paid. I gave them my order number and was told they still couldn't help me they did not have my order. I asked for a refund and was refused that also. I tried to go inside and speak with the manager or show them the transaction in the app. The door was already locked and employees ignored me as I stood at the door. I understand this is a rough time for everyone, but if you plan on totally throwing customer service out the window then you should have just closed the restaurant for the day!

Absolutely unacceptable. Order about 17.50 worth of food in drive through. Didn’t get my whole order. Was given only 3 sauce packets. Tried to call store, no answer.
