Always met with a smile . All my clothes are clean and pressed when I pick them up. Can’t say enough about the service. Drop off before work and can pick up on the way home . Great employees and great store!!

The service is is not the best. The attention to details is missing, you have to repeat yourself numerous times for them to be be able to get things right. Plus the staff at the counter both male and female attitude stinks!

I gave this place 3-4 chances on pressing and whatnot, and as of right now I'm done. I picked up what I thought the other day was a bedskirt, it was a pair of pants that weren't even mine....and even the bedskirt wasn't even pressed to my satisfaction. So, I'm taking my business elsewhere.nnNot happy.

They did a great job with my wedding dress.The box for my dress is really nice.

Oh this place right here. I received a call from an employee saying I had a pair of jeans that was given to another customer and wanted me to bring all my clothes Bacula due to be accused of having the other customers coat. The lady and I went back and forth because the lady who is not an American took my clothes for same day service did not give me a ticket. The lady got the owner on the phone who was there when I dropped off my clothes. They counted on paper 10 pieces but u actually had 11. I offered to pay for the oant which belonged to my fiancee but they refused because they continued to accuse me if a customer jacket that I didn't have. Actually they gave the jacket to another customer but adamant that they put them with my clothes. As I was 9n phone with the owner he asked me to wait another hour till he got there. I told him no and they can keep the jeans and I will never come back here and will give them the worst review ever for the rudeness, disrespect. Accusations for their mess up. The owner got irate as well as the employee and told me to get out their store and threatened to call the police because I said I was going to give the review. This store is rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and will not own to their own error but accuse others with blame. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS!
