The last couple of weeks since the 2021 freeze have been very trying. We had 2 pipes burst in the master bedroom area. We had Sewer Medic out to fix those pipes and also had them run Pex pipes down the walls. They did a fantastic job of the pipes and I also had them put in three new faucets. There were several issues with this old house but they met each one professionally and I appreciate the fact they went the extra mile to make everything work right. I will definitely be using them again!

I usually don't write negative reviews, but my experience with Sewer Medic was really awful. I paid my warranty company AHS $100 for Sewer Medic to come out and assess the damage to my water heater. Sewer Medic demanded that I pay $300 for a pan and a hose to upgrade to code. The hose attaches my water heater and gas line. After waiting for over 2 weeks for hot water, a plumber came to install the water heater. The plumber left several hours later and left me with a whole in my roof. They didn't tell me what happened. I got an urgent voicemail from the Office Manager who casually told me that I had a hole in my roof because the plumber needed to adjust the hose to fit the water heater. The next day a roofer came to plug the whole and now I have a white paste/glue on a black roof. This was the worst experience with Sewer Medic. I will never use them again... EVER.

Following last weeks winter storm in Houston, Sewer Medic came out to tend to a burst pipe in my kitchen which flooded the first floor of my home. They capped the pipe for $199 as they did not have the supplies for a permanent fix. The cap allowed my water to be turned back on in my home. Sewer Medic was to come back with supplies to fix my burst pipes. The quote the sent through was $975 to run 20ft of pex in an area where the drywall had already been removed and the pipes were completely accessible. Highway robbery!!!! I called a different plumber and got the fix for $275. Sewer Medic is price gouging people after this declared federal disaster which is RIDICULOUS. I cannot support a business that does this to fellow area Houstonians. Find another plumbing company.

Damaged my ceiling during a repair of pipe replacements and each time I follow up on it or mention it, they ignore it. Owner is nice but that is not enough to justify the company ignoring the damage they caused. It was not needed to be done for the repair. The technician dropped a tool and caused the damage and thought not mentioning something would make the problem go away. Sad to say, the damage to my kitchen ceiling still exists.

Honestly appreciate these guys so much especially Marquise who was willing to come way to spring cypress. I had been out of a water heater for 2 weeks and most companies such as church services, rescue rooter, etc. were charging way too much on top of that, appointments were scheduled for a week later or so, these guys changed my water heater next day. Thank you sewer medic. Definitely recommend.
