This place has gone down hill fast. Made the mistake of not checking my stuff before I paid. Told the incredibly rude guy at the counter that my shirts were covered in lint and not even pressed. He told me he can't give a refund(paid cash) right after I paid If 0 stars were possible I would give it to them. The guy at the counter either needs to be gone or go through some proper customer service training.

I’ve brought dress clothes here occasionally and the quality has always been subpar. The last straw was when I brought a white dress shirt and I picked it up with a stain on the collar. Said they couldn’t do anything about it and I’d have to talk to the owner after I’ve been back multiple times and the stain wasn’t fixed. The owner wasn’t there. Decided not to waste anymore time with them and take my business elsewhere.

I dropped of my expensive (Burberry) trench coat with perfect leather buckles. When I picked it up they were ruined. I was told that The owner was going to replace them. After 2 month nothing was done. I was getting the runaround and eventually picked it up. It was not even cleaned right and still smelled funky.nLousy service. Ruined my buckles which I have to replace now.

They DO NOT understand how to press and starch a pair of jeans... the seams are not even remotely close! When I put them on the crease is running down the side of my pants, I've tried multiple pair not just one. Everytime unless they're an old pair that someone else has starched countless times the crease will run all over instead down the center. Absolutely no pride in their job, just slapping pants on the press without lining seams up.. I even brought it to their attention, they tagged it mentioning to line seams up..when I picked them up they STILL were not done right. Do not waste your money to look unprofessional. 1-18-20... zero stars

Was immediately hesitant about leaving my clothes as the employee was rude as soon as walked in the door. She said I had to count my clothes not her. I left my clothes against my better judgement and my husband asked her when they would be ready. She said Monday or Tuesday. My husband asked which one and she rudely replied again Monday or Tuesday. I tried a second time when I picked those clothes up and she was as rude the second time as the first. As I started walking out the door I couldn’t take it any more. I stopped and turned back and told her that this was the rudest dry cleaners I had ever been too and asked for contact info for the manager. She said she couldn’t give that out. So I proceeded to tell her that being nice to people was easier than being rude and she ignored me so I said even though you aren’t listening to me maybe some of it will get through. She rudely said I’m listening to you but she wasn’t. She definitely doesn’t need to be working in any customer service.
