I was recently arrested by the Harlingen police department. They treated me very professional and the handcuffs weren’t to tight. The back seats of the police car are a little to tight for me but that’s understandable. Me and the officer had a friendly conversation on the way back to jail. Good experience. Definitely wouldn’t mind getting arrested by the Harlingen police department!!!
While driving in Harlingen, my daughter experienced a road hazard that disabled her car on the road in heavy traffic. She was overwhelmed, frightened and didn't know what to do. I advised her to call the Harlingen Police Department. Police Officers G. Martinez and L. Guerrero arrived immediately and took control of the traffic to avoid other accidents. They made sure that my daughter was safe and out of harms way. Shortly thereafter, Officer E. Jimenez arrived and assisted the other two officers. They tried everything to get the car going but unfortunately, it was disabled. These Offcers displayed professionalism, courtesy, respect, friendship, and concern for my daughter's safety and well being. I thank Officers G. Martinez, L. Guerrero, and E. Jimenez for a job well done! As a citizen and father, I am very proud of these Officers and the entire Harlingen Police Department. Their actions and attitude is reflective of the Harlingen Police Department's leadership!
My first phone call, I was cut off, after that no one answered so I tried 956-216- 5 4 0 0!!and selected ext 5940 and got through right away. Young lady was very nice and helpful. Wish I remembered her name. Thanks!
Wow...these reviews before mine are indeed correct. They don't even answer the phone all you get is a machine. This is outrageous! Might as well take matters into your own hands when you have a problem.
Two years ago the Judge dismissed older tickets for everyone in the books. Boom! I’ve been pulled over a few times for minor stuff and the guys had to do an accident report for me also. Even pulled up to me once Sunday morning on 77 by commerce waiting for the rental place people. Always professional experiences and maybe a break or Two for a burnt out taillight or missing a blinker. Everyone’s friendly at the office when setting up arrangements for payments on violations. They pick up the phone promptly. The judge isn’t unfair by any means. Treat others the way you would like to be treated and see what grace does. And don’t miss court
