Very professional from start to finish. From dispatch to technicians that arrived at my home. Very detailed and transparent in the services they provided. Both techs offered detailed explanations as to what may be the cause of my plumbing issue and offered various solutions. Cost was extremely reasonable. Flat rate charge puts the customer at ease. Would like to recognize technician Javier, top notch, well spoken and knowledgeable beyond his years. Very apparent he takes pride in his work. Roto-Rooter has earned a new happy customer.
Amazing job by Carlos Torres and Alan! They were very knowledgeable about their job. They communicated well on the issues. They even showed us exactly what was going on and took lots of pictures. I am extremely happy with the repair on the toilet flange and the leak. Ask for Carlos and Alan. Awesome work!

Juan Clema just saved my day!! Just moved into a new house and had a toilet completely backing up into the shower. Juan arrived on time, with a mask and ready with all the needed tools. One not only did a great job but it was extremely personable. If you have a plumbing problem, Juan is your man!
They're open on Sundays which was a life saver. Professional service from the initial call to informing they're on their way to listing out the steps they will perform to providing a quote. Price seemed just right considering I was in a bind having made the situation worse trying to fix it myself. Austin took care of it all. Very happy with the service today!
