If you're looking for an honest plumber that won't charge ridiculous rates and will get the job done and make sure you're happy this is the plumber you should go with, I'm very pleased with their service, They recently fixed lines at my house that were clogged and got everything working for me again. They definitely care about what they do, and you can tell by their quality of work and their great customer service. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.

Unfortunately my review cannot be comprehensive as no one showed up to do the work nor called to notify. After no one showed up for the appointment they were contacted for an update. They said they were behind yet guaranteed my work would be address that day. I was told I would get a call back when they were ready. Sadly, no call nor any show

I called Randy’s plumbing and heating to install a toilet, fix a faucet (which had to replaced) and some other small things like fix a running toilet, etc. I hadn’t purchased a toilet; wanted their expertise before purchasing. Well...not only did Mr. Randy tell me what to get, he got the toilet for me as well as the new faucet!!! He was very professional, timely and clean. Him and his apprentice did an amazing job. I will definitely call him if I have any plumbing and/or heating issues in the future! He gets 6 stars from me!⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f
