Newks has a wide assortment of sandwich, soup, pizza and salad options with quality ingredients. We stop at this location on our travels as an alternative to fast food. With good assess from I30. Oh, They have an outdoor patio.
Great tasting food! I had half a steak sandwich and tomato basil soup, and totally enjoyed my meal. Only suggestion I have is that it would be helpful if the to go food was labeled.
Ordered online... confirmation it would be ready at 6:21. When I got there only half the order was ready. At 6:31 staff were discussing who forgot the cook the pizza for my order. I asked for a refund... Manager was questioning staff on who lost the order. The manager never spoke to me or apologized!! Then I get a refund email confirmation “decided didn’t want it” I obviously wanted what I ordered! I love Newk’s but the customer service is lacking at this location.
Good food and service
The food was okay and the staff was nice but the whole experience was just awkward. Shortly after we ordered we discovered the staff was having a large party and occupied most of the back half of the restaurant. They blocked the way to the restrooms and drink area, so you had to walk through their party to use either. They had also catered their meal from a different restaurant, which doesn't look good as a business. If you're going to have a party like this, you should just close for a few hours.
