My son needed a quick and easy chicken tender meal as we were in a rush. The drive through line was extremely long so I ran inside to place the order. I stood at the counter for 5-7 minutes before I was finally acknowledged even though two employees clearly saw me. No, sorry you had to wait. No greeting of any kind. I placed my order and the employee then proceeded to talk on her personal cell phone phone while working and assembling the meal I just ordered. She handed me my meal while still talking to someone. I wouldn't be leaving this ridiculous review, but as you can imagine, it was no surprise when I discovered we were missing items upon returning home. I should have known to look in the box before leaving.

Decided to grab a couple of half and half teas on a beautiful sunny day. The guy rang us up, handed us the receipt and walked off, forgetting to even hand us the cups. We finally got his attention to tell us how we are supposed to get our drinks, and he just shrugged and handed us the cups.nnWalk over to the tea and realized, there is no unsweet tea in sight. The guy is, once again, no where In sight to ask where the unsweetened tea is and there are no other employees to help us either. The sweet tea is so sweet it hurts your teeth, which is why we wanted the unsweet tea. Threw both drinks in the trash and decided we will never return to such a poorly ran establishment again. This is probably the 3rd time we have been burned by this particular Golden Chick and they are obviously not trying to fix it.nnP.S. Chicken Express is down the street with half and half tea, and pleasant employees!

Ordered golden tenders, they didn’t have any. I ordered fried chicken and was told it would be 15 minutes wait. Can’t give more stars since I didn’t get any food.

The food at this location is decent, but whether your order will be correct or not is another story. Multiple times I have gone to this location and order the same thing I always order, a golden TENDER sandwich. Every. single. time. they give me just the regular chicken sandwich. My sides have been wrong also, but hey at least they get my drink right. And I know your probably thinking what's the difference, but that's not the point. The people who have gone with me have had wrong orders as well. This location needs to step up their game.
