During the intensely cold weather earlier this year, we were without water and plumbers were busier than ever. Most companies were quoting me 2-4 weeks out for an initial visit. I called Alamo Plumbing and despite a busy schedule, they were able to squeeze us in the next day! The plumber showed up on time, quickly identified the issue, and repaired the pipe on the spot. In no time we had water again! At a time when plumbing service was so in demand, I was pleasantly surprised that they maintained their reasonable rate instead of jacking up pricing as they could have done. Santiago and Pedro were both friendly, reliable, and very professional. Alamo Plumbing is now my go-to plumbing service for all of our company's locations in the area.
Alamo Plumbing helped me with a camera inspection and let me tell ya, they use state of the art equipment. I work in Construction so I was very impressed that they were reasonably priced even when compared with my own contacts in construction! Most importantly, they knew how to work on my behalf to SAWS and because of them the City's contractor has to redo the sewer main up to my yard. Alamo Plumbing even made the arrangements with SAWS and SAWS is reimbursing their fee! Their service and value are unmatched in an industry of sharks. I am an Industry insider, Alamo Plumbing gets my highest recommendation!
Who on earth was prepared for snow in south Texas in the middle February?! I’m so glad I was able to find these guys after one of my pipes burst with the freeze! While they were slammed with a ton of work, they were able to put me on their schedule same-day and worked quickly and diligently to restore water to rest of my house. As a woman, it’s always nice to do business with men who aren’t condescending when explaining a repair. Santiago and Carlos leveled with me, were professional and made sure I felt comfortable with the repair before leaving. Will definitely be calling them again when I’m ready to do work on my house!
Because of the great Texas freeze this week we had a pipe burst in our wall on Monday. We were able to call Alamo plumbing solutions on Friday and Santiago came out the very next day. he and his partner were both very kind, extremely knowledgeable and professional and were able to get our pipe fixed and water restored in under 2 hours!!! i will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and Santiago personally. i will now request them specifically for all of my future plumbing needs!
A couple of weeks ago I noticed a muddy spot in my front yard that would not dry up. After calling more than a few places I decided on Alamo Plumbing based on their great price. Charlie came out and immediately got to work digging. He found the leak faster than I expected and quickly fixed it, explaining his work along the way. I'm extremely happy with the service Charlie provided and will use Alamo plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.
