Very slow service and when you do ask for something like fresh french fries you don't always get it. Also their sweet tea is very inconsistent some days it tastes good good other days like it had been sitting around all day and yes you tell a difference is why some businesses clean out their tea urns every 4-5 hours. Also they need to teach their employees (including management)when something gets messed up they have to apologize its part of the business.
I stopped for breakfast after an early morning appointment. The chicken biscuit with honey butter was great. The only problem was when I tried to eat my biscuit and gravy - I didn't get a fork. It was easy enough to head for the register and ask for a fork and refill my drink at the same time. I had a leisurely breakfast and headed to work refreshed.
Good hamburgers. The fries were Not hot & crispy. Service was below Whataburger standards. The window attendant when asked for a cup holder or bag for the cold drinks (juice), she started placing the cold drinks inside the hamburger bags. No common sense whatsoever. She needs more training.
Snow storm or not, the fries were cold and old!!nSeems crazy with technology of today you can't get hot food at a drive through!nOperating with the understanding that it's staff not the machinery, if you're to lazy to cook fries.... please find a different job!!
The service is always so warm and friendly, they really do make you feel valued there. The food is so good! Eat the fries while they are hot folks trust me.
