This is probably the cleanest laundromat I've ever seen! The machines all look like they were just cleaned. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. My new go-to laundromat!
First time I have been here. Very good, huge working machines. Everything is very clean, this is going to be my place to go wash from now on.
Only reason I have it at 3 stars is because of my last visit. 2 driers kept shuting down on me and I had to move my clothes and restart them. I've only had this issue happen once and I've visited a good amount of times. Was a little upset that I wasted 2 drier runs cause the machines wouldn't stay on. I told the employee working and I guess they dont offered any kind of reimbursement for this even though she couldn't figure out why they were shutting off. I also noticed she never put an out of order sign up so hopefully no one else has to worry about it happening to them. I ended up taking my clothes out early cause the friend I came with had already waited additional time for me because of the first time I had to move my clothes.
First time using this facility. I was very impressed. And the lady that helped me was very professional. I will be back!
Due to freezing pipes, I hadn't been able to do laundry for over a week. A friend suggested using a laundry service. When I got online to find one, I was unhappy that most did not even have a phone number listed and wanted me to install and use a phone app. I refuse to do that because my eyesight is such that I just can't see the screen of a cellphone. Anyway, online I found a real phone number and called SAGL and, wonder of wonders, a REAL person answered the phone and helped me right away. The owner, a lovely man named Tiby and his wife came to my house the next morning and picked up my 10 days worth of laundry. I also had a down bed quilt that had not been washed in some time, so I added that too. My laundry was returned to me at my house in less than 24 hours. All neatly folded. What a Godsend SAGL was for me. I will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone. Thanks again, Tibi!!!nnP.S. I just put away all my laundry. It was folded perfectly (better than I do myself) and no socks were lost!
