Miracle Carpet Care did a fabulous job and I could not be more pleased! I called on a Friday afternoon and they came by the next day (Saturday!!) morning. Both the receptionist and the gentleman who cleaned my carpets were extremely polite and thorough. I'm thrilled that he was able to remove the black grease stains (on a light beige carpet) that had been tracked throughout our house. I will definitely use their services again in the future!
This was definitely the best carpet cleaning experience I ever had. My rug was a disaster and the guys came on time, were super nice and made my carpet look brand new! I highly recommend their services if you are looking for trustworthy carpet-cleaning experts!
The tech cleaned my carpets about a couple months ago and they still look fabulous! I was very pleased with the work he and his team did. I highly recommend Miracle Carpet Care they apply because as luck would have it, the day after my carpets was cleaned my dog threw up on them. Sure enough - it came right up! Will definitely have the tech come out next time I need my carpets deep cleaned.
Excellent customer service!!! We were having a party and needed our carpets cleaned ASAP, Miracle Carpet Care sent a young man out to my home and he did an awesome job on the carpets, and pointed out a few items that we need to think about in the future but not pressure type of sales pitch (Pure Professionalism). I have a dog, two young children, and light colored carpet so Miracle Carpet Care has come to my house multiple times :). Recently, my son managed to get face makeup and mascara all over my bedroom floor carpet. Miracle Carpet Care came out and it is gone! The people that clean is always dependable and friendly. I highly recommend them.
