I started wearing suits to work daily about six months ago. When it was time to take them to dry cleaning I picked this location because it was conveniently on my way to and from work.nnTheir work is extremely efficient. When I make a drop off at 7 am, I regularly get a call before lunch that my dry cleaning is done; my only other experience with dry cleaning was a 24 hour turnaround time, so that was a pleasant surprise.nnThe location is, from what I can tell, run solely by women: 4 of them I believe. Of those 4, the 3 I've spoken with have been very charming and friendly.nnAnother positive about this location is Saturday service. Saturday drop offs aren't done till Monday, though, but the only local cleaner I've even looked at didn't offer Saturday drop off at all.nnThe only reason it's not five stars from me is the price. I'm sure the pricing is a corporate setup or policy, and they likely have no control over it, but it's more expensive than the dry cleaner I used before I moved to San Antonio. Again, they're much more quick about service at this location, and good service isn't cheap...nor should it be.nnUnless I move to the other side of town, I'll keep coming here.

The young lady's in the front know you by name and they know who you are on the phone... same day and next day service wonderful

I was extremely impressed with the customer service! The girls were very helpful in sharing the knowledge of coupons to benefit the customer. I just started using the service and was surprised at level of expertise in handling my finest garmets. Same day quality service with a smile. Feeling like I won the lotto knowing that I can count on My Five Star Cleaners !!!! Thank you and please don't move away!!

My cleaning needs have been serviced at this location for the past several years. You couldn't ask for a more efficient and courteous team of professionals. Managed by Frances, they not only produce a quality product, but are very friendly and helpful in providing the service. They always take the time to make you feel special. You have to love it.

I have been going to this location for six years. I have been tremendously pleased with the quality, professionalism the timeliness of their output. I would recommend strongly to anyone that they should consider using this cleaners. I love that fact that the staff always has a cheerful disposition. It's a joy to drop off and pick up my clothes.
