After 11 years of bringing my business to this cleaners my order was not ready. No big deal as I was informed it would be ready the next day. So I drove 80 mile round trip from Sutherland Springs and back to pick up my clothes. I was told a second time they are not ready! So on the third day I make a third trip another 80 mile round trip and I to so on the third day I make a third trip another 80 mile round trip and thet are finally ready!! On the second day I informed the owner how far I had come and not even a mention of a discount for my inconvenience!!nPathetic way to run a business I will never bring my clothes here again!!!
Prom dress was cleaned and ready to pick up in less than 24 hours! Thank you for your great service.
Good Service
The owner is a douchbag. The front counter old man is even worse. I left some items which they marked the number of items he argued with me saying he must of counted wrong because I was missing 2 shirts. Mind you my brother in law goes to pick his items up and the same man has my husbands shirt on . your probably saying how can I tell well it was his work shirt that had his initials OG. So I go back show him the picture of him wearing it and said he was give that shirt by someone. So next time your going to leave items make sure to take pictures or better yet go somewhere else.
Never bring your clothes here. The management doesn't clean the clothes on time and then doesn't take responsibility. Plus the management here is so bad. It's 1.99 because they don't do the laundry or tend to customers! When I received my clothes they were still dirty and they made me pay!
