I stopped by Five Star Laundry, because i was in great need of a new facility to take care of our needs. Mary the manager took such an amazing job at ensuring me that my clothing was in good hands with her and that Five Star would do all they could do to correct the mess they U SAVE on Vance Jackson had done. Long story short Mary came true with her word. My clothes that had been messed up is nice and white, pressed properly. I am so happy. THANK U MARY FOR YOUR HONESTY AND ABSOLUTE AMAZING JOB. GOD bless u always.

Mary, the manager, helped my family during a difficult time and sensitive to our loss. Very kind and understanding. My family member was a loyal customer at this location for decades. She was able to expedite two suits to make it on time for the ceremony. I will never forgot acts of kindness that go emotionally far. I moved to a new location for our church and I needed to do some dry cleaning. Not knowing the area I saw on the way this five star cleaners. The warmth and cordial service rendered was superb. Thinking maybe it was a one time fluke I went back the following week and the manager was just as nice as last time. For a year now she keeps giving exceptional service.
