DF invest was by far the worst Property Management Group I have ever leased with. September 2012, I noticed my roof was leaking in the bedroom over my bed where I sleep at night I immediately notified DF invest and they came out to look at it. In fact, they would come out every month every time I noticed it leaked or when I called the city inspector. 90% of the time you would go to the office, it would be closed and when you tried to call the voicemail was full. Here it is August of 2013 and they still haven't fixed it. I can't stand my neighbors and my back steps are a death trap. There's also this awful smell that has emanated from the entire building the whole time. They refused to let me out of my lease early, move me to a different apartment, and when I go to the corporate office they tell me can't do anything for me. I move next week and I don't think I've ever been happier to move and get rid of this awful company.
