I have been SO impressed by the customer service I received at this American Freight location, and that is all because of Sergio.nnAfter checking with multiple stores in San Antonio about washer inventory, we ended up going back here and 50% of that decision was because Sergio made the process as stress-free as possible and made us feel valued as his customers. He went out of his way multiple times to check the stock room, checking on our order status, patiently answering our 100 questions, and advised us how to connect with SYW MasterCard customer service when we were having issues with our Sears card, explaining the entire process for us to we had a clear understanding.nnExcellent customer service!! I had a great experience here. I was here a year ago when it was still in transition from sears to American Freight. A year ago my representative was Ruben. As soon as I walk in a year later Ruben greats me by name as if I was there the day before. Very impressive sales rep, very easy process, the inventory and selection was great ( I purchased a refrigerator and kitchen table) and I will return here for my next furniture/appliance need!
Had gone here to look for a refrigerator and found one I liked. They delivered it and it didn't fit going into my kitchen. So I returned it got my money back. Well Rita who works there had kept my number and called when she thought a good refrigerator and about 2 weeks of this gone by. Then there was one that could fit. I went to check it out and yes. It will fit!! Thanks Rita for thinking about us and keeping us informed.
What a quick and easy purchase! Dorothy was very helpful and knowledgable. She was not pushy and allowed us to take all the time we needed. The store had a lot to choose from. Another associate, Jose, wrapped it and helped us load it into our truck! Would highly recommend stopping by if you're in need of new appliances!
