San Antonio is SO fortunate to have a place like Johnnie Chuoke's! Their line of merchandise is amazing and their staff is both skilled and So incredibly helpful! I relied on Paul's expertise in 3 different departments. He was knowledgeable in each one. So much better than a big box store where the help might be one job removed from dropping out of high school. Truly an old style hardware store where there are many departments with pros in each one. I didn't even get to the gift department! Everyone needs to go to Johnnie Chuoke's at least once a week!
This place is great. Lisa and Randall are so helpful. Randall spent a good 20 minutes helping me find what i needed. We couldnt find the pieces i need but he looked till we found something that would work. This is by far the best hardware store to go to
Been renting the carpet cleaner the past 4 winters. Don't know if she's the owner or a manager, but she gave me really hard time and wanted to charge me a $10.00 cleaning fee..... I cleaned the thing the past 3 times without any issue. Took it back outside, went to O'Riley's and brought it back inside. I literally did nothing to it and magically it's fine now. I'll be taking my business else where for simply wasting my time and insulting me by implying that I don't know how to properly clean, when I've had no issues in the past.
Had what I needed. Understands paints and the differences. They tell you if that don't have an item your looking for and don't try to sell you something that will not work for a project or contract one is involved in. Thank you, for being real.
