Horrible the guy only rinsed one side of my car am like wow. Then I go into the car wash and no soap was used at all. Am used to Mr. Bubbles but I wasn't in the area. This was my first and last time here. I will never go anywhere except Mr. Bubbles were you actually see tons if soap. And good customer service. And the prices here are so high . Mr.Bubbles is half the price. Horrible all the way around I felt like I was in a haunted house.
I go because I have a membership nothing ever works I just tried to vacuum the back of my car and I went to 6 different vacuums NADA not sure if the one on Fredericksburg is related but I prefer that one is just unfortunate have to go out of my way this 1 was closer
Machines are always out, staff acts like it's an inconvenience to pass you through the process, monthly pass don't work, employee had to open gates every time, hard water leaves water spots, vacuum's have very low suction, ........ bubble bath took care of me, and they're doing a great job.
Service is bad and the vacuums don't work. Compared to all the others this location is trash.
Sometimes the vacuums work but the neighborhood can't respect the establishments property. Not their fault. I keep my membership. The 1604 and Culebra one is better.
