Went in today for a full service wash and mind you my Jeep was filthy from rock crawling and off roading. They had to run it through the wash twice but did not charge me extra. I was so pleased by how it looks and it smells good inside and they sanitized the inside. Love the service. And it only took about 50 minutes and they were busy.
I love my Subaru lived in Colorado and it amazing in the elements the only drawback is the seats get filthy and have to be professionally cleaned. This place cleaned them like new and I paid for a complete detail ceramic wax and shampoo carpet and seats I looks showroom new. This place is awesome for professional detailing service
I have a cover protecting my entire back seat but my dog managed to throw up in the corner by the door and onto the seat... it ran down in between the seats where they come together. I went to the Wash Tub and told them of my dilemma. They said they could take care of it. Upon inspection at home I discovered there was still some stuck in between the seats so I went back and asked for the manager. He said he would take care of it and did so himself. I am so impressed with his attention to detail I thought everyone should know that Nick keeps his word. Thanks Nick!
Great job ! First location that didn't forget wonder wafers! Leather scent. Other locations have to be reminded about scent being part of membership. Excellent work!
Good friendly customer service. There was a miss understanding on my part with the package that I paid for. But the gentleman that wrote my ticket did what could to allow my to leave there with a positive experience and wanting to continue to bring our vehicles in to Wash Tub. Been going to them for years and today I felt like I was being taken care of.
