I just bought a puff plus vape and they make you open it make sure it works, yes it did once then I leave the fn store and only last me 3 more puffs.. paid 12.99 for 4 puffs. Never again. Dont buy them there.
This store is garbage, the staff is absolutely rude. I saw the head manager I guess that’s what’s your call her, the manager & another staff member standing around while the manager fought a lady it looked like she wanted to pick her up & slam her on the floor. It smells in here as well. They don’t sanitize the counter
Awful service. My boyfriend went to the store to pick up a couple snacks and the older white woman there doing the night service was extremely rude to him. Made it clear that the simple items he asked for were a burden. I came back 20 minutes later because we wanted something specific that should not have been a problem. I asked for that one thing and she was extremely rude to me when she couldn’t hear me through the glass (she wasn’t even trying). Then when she heard me, she rolled her eyes and walked as slow as she possibly could to get it.nI paid for my snack, said thank you and left.nIt should not have been that hard. I work in food customer service, I know the stresses, and that does not excuse her behavior in any way.
I go to this store nearly every day, love this location! The employees are awesome always give great service and really make you feel like part of the family.
No RESTROOM service available due to COVID! BUT THEY SELL CBD & UNCONVENTIONAL SOLUTIONS?? Such double standards...
