I love coming to this car wash! Ethan E. is always extremely helpful and sprays down my car. He helped me make the best decision on what membership i should purchase. he is one of the reasons i go to the car wash often because i know i will receive exceptional service. i highly recommend this to everyone in search of a good car wash!

I just signed up for unlimited washes at the highest level and I'm really disappointed that my car is covered in spots worse than when I went through. The people are so nice and the location is convenient but I'll be cancelling after this first month. Maybe because they've been so busy the equipment is just in need of cleaning but my car is brand new and I'd like a spot free finish like I get from other washes. I went through a second time thinking it was a fluke but it's even worse.

Vacuum stations do not have hoses to use , very dirty around the property and inside car wash and tires did not get dressed with shine. The 2 people I saw came out when it looked like machine was not opening gate for my membership then went back inside. You need to find people that want to work and help keep your store clean.

Wow very impressed I am a member of zips usually go to culebra zips buy it was broken so I went to Fredericksburg rd zips car wash. Very impressed very nice very very impressed. Even if it’s cold out these guys are there. I pay monthly service for the first time and I’m staying with zips. Thank you zips. Excellent job. Beautiful buisnes. Nice people.
