Very impressed with Bobby and his entire team! Experienced, knowledgeable about the area, and highly professional. I had so many questions in regards to renting my townhome and got all the answers I needed very quickly. Friendly, service-oriented, and great communicators. They are a friendly agency that welcomes the public in their office at the time of this post. Their automated and online option to schedule a viewing of a property is easy to use. It makes it so simple to see a property at a time that is convenient to you. My only issue is that when a property isn't ready to be seen, it doesn't state that on their website. Instead, it gives a message that a different property is no longer available. Overall, I think this is a property management company that would be nice to rent from, although I haven't setteled on a rental yet.

My family had a big move from Washington state to Texas. Spradley was amazing!! They stayed in contact, they helped find a perfect home for my family!! I worked with 5 members of the spradley team, each were kind, great listeners, comforting and professional. This is the only property management I have used, and only will use. They make you feel at home!

Awesome property manager. I appreciated the quarterly inspections and the quick response time if there was an issue. They responded quick to emails and were very easy to work with. They seemed to genuinely care about the quality of the house and service they were providing.

I want to start off by saying thank you to Heather for helping me through the situation I was in. I appreciate she always answered my calls and replied to my emails. When it comes to customer service you usually have to wait for them to call or wait a few days for them to reply. When it came it came to Heather it was never like that. Heather actually wants to help you and get the situation under control. I highly recommend talking to Heather if you plan on moving in with Spradley Property Management because she will make your life easier. Again, I want to say thank you again to Heather and I really do appreciate you for helping me with my situation. Sorry, for always blowing up your phone and asking a thousand questions but I can't thank you enough for always replying!
