3rd Coast Steam Cleaning & Roof Cleaning (06/19/2020)
Contractors, stay far away from this company as possible. If they were accredited with the BBB, I would give them a very bad review. Work was performed on their property and they said NOT to come back on property because, job isn’t done as quick as they want. It’s a way to not pay a contractor. I’m gonna do everything in my power to make sure they don’t do this to other contractors.
Diamond Maintenance Services (06/22/2020)
Attn: ALL CONTRACTORSnWe done some restoration/maintenance on the Marlandwood Facility and was not paid a dime. We have turned them into the Texas Workforce Commission. We are a woman owned company. Make sure you don’t make the same mistake & not pre-lien the property. File a PRE-LIEN on any properties managed by Barge. That’s the only way you will get paid. Please do your research about this company before doing any services for them or demand payment up front. These people hide and don’t PAY!!!! I guess they will pay in the long run for screwing people out of their hard earned money. They will wished they would’ve just paid us instead of thinking people work for free!! It’s not gonna stop here on Google either. We won’t stop until we are paid what is rightfully ours!!!!!!

College students and military personnel beware of Barge Properties Mgnt ConnI rented an apartment at Marland Place. They put on a good show like there professionals but they are anything but professional.nnI'm in the military and I didn't want to make a rush decision and rent a place near Ft Hood Tx because I didn't know the area.nnSo I found Marland Place, told them I only wanted a 6 month lease they said that's fine but we can sign you up for a 12 mo lease so you can get a discount on the monthly rent and at 6 mo if you want to leave that's ok. I was like that's great these people a wonderful trying to help a service member out.nnWell 6 months arrived I received a notice to renew my lease (which I still have) and I decided not to.nnOnce I moved out I received a nasty call from the property manager threatening to take me to court and run my credit for breaking my lease. Why I say be aware if your military is because she said she knew the military lawyers very well which told me they must do this alot.nnAnyway they ended up taking my deposit and I still don't know why. I understand in Texas their supposed to send you a notice. But I'll see what the military lawyers say about all this. If I was a college student or military service member I would avoid Marland Place and any properties managed by Barge.
