Josh at Isbell realtors was everything I could have asked for in a realtor! As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about going into the process but Josh was there for me every step of the way. He was knowledgeable about all things real estate and would happily answer any of my questions and concerns! My boyfriend and I are now happy homeowners all thanks to Josh! I can't thank him and his team enough!

Buying a house during a pandemic SHOULD have been stressful but with Josh as our agent, it was so seamless. He handled everything for us and was even able to negotiate to save us roughly $6000! He is my go to guy for EVERYTHING real estate.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Terrible and a very untrustworthy guy. Screwed me and my boyfriend during the process of buying our FIRST house together. Told him we were knew to everything and needed patience and guiding, completely took advantage of us. Take the advice!
