The retreat at western hills is a family friendly as well as pet friendly place too live. The property has improved tremendously since the new owners have taken over. The ladies in the office do what they can too help you when it comes too any problems, etc. the maintenance has improved as well. I always see them out picking up the grounds or working too improve apartments up too the latest renovations they are making. Would recommend checking them out.

Since we were considering our move and we contacted the retreat we love how professional and understanding they have been. We moved to Texas from Florida because we were looking fora new start and we couldn’t have picked a better place to live than the retreat. We love it here and so does our fur baby Toby.

The staff here are amazing. They really make you feel like you're home. Wesley, the maintenance guy is quick to help out. I had a few problems with plumbing, but they were quickly fixed by Wes. The apartments feel safe, but security could be a little better. There was an instance where I left my car unlocked and someone decided to steal my stuff but luckily there are cameras around the parking lots. Lastly, I love that towing is now enforced so there will always be a spot for a resident!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The water is constantly being turned off. Our neighbors have had issues with pests. We have had multiple issues with management. Plus we have had 2 of our cars towed. One without any notice from the apartment.
