I had a few back to back bad experiences at this location, and gave up going there. Tonight we decided to have Taco Bell and I didn’t feel like driving across town so I tried this location again, and I’m SO thankful I did! They have all different staff since the last time I went and it was absolutely amazing! The girl who took my order was so sweet! I've been coming here for years. They have good customer service and are fairly quick for the most part. They are facing 31st street, so they tend to get busy often. I love the app. Order on the app, drive through the line, and you're good to go!
Lady at drive thru was rude and lied about not being about to tell me the price difference between the meal and order without the drink. I just lost my appetite for taco bell.
Went through the drive thru there first excuse was they had too many orders they couldn't take anymore. Then it was were out of beef and chicken for 30 minuets so I told them I'll wait. They said if you wait then go park or pull back around I told them no I wasn't pulling back around in the long line. So a lady got on the headset and said they have a timer they have to go by and she would send someone out there to move my car for me if I don't wanna move and she can refuse service to anyone. I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE
