My family and I were looking forward to finally getting another Denny’s here in Temple. Sad to say that it was, by far, the most disappointing experience I’ve had at any Denny’s location. I ordered their Philly cheese steak with fries, my wife ordered the chicken fried steak with the mashed potatoes and zucchini with squash, and my mother in law ordered the fried paddock with house salad. Now, I will give them credit that the wavy fries and house salad were done well. Everything else, however, is a different situation all together. Both the chicken fried steak and fried fish were way over cooked and very greasy. The Philly had issues too, with it being so greasy that it all was an absolute mess. Sorry Denny’s, you’ve lost a faithful customer. Maybe if you are still open in a few years I may get the guts to try again, but that’s a mighty big “if”.

The greeter/cashier was having a difficult time multitasking. Despite not feeling welcomed we had the most customer service oriented waiter. He gave spectacular customer service I just wish I remembered his name. He made coming to Dennys not so bad.

Denny's is a classic favorite to many people. We used to eat here many years ago at the old location. I think they have good food, but a tad skimpy on the scrambled eggs. I absolutely love their hot chocolate...it's the best! Today my family and I ate here. I have included photos of some of our plates. Overall, it was delicious. Our server was super sweet. I can't remember her name, but I'm sure my sister remembers.

Bad visit. Place was dead at lunch time so no excuse. I totally got a different skillet than i ordered. With ingredients i hate and missing obvious ingredients..like chicken breast on top. How do u miss this when you bring it to table? So i ate my potato skillet and later a piece of bland chicken on the side. Wasn’t made right by anyone. Annoyed ud83dude20

Just finished dinner and it was great. Riah was our server and took great care of us. Took about 15 minutes to receive the food and it was delicious. I saw the previous bad reviews but our experience was fine hopefully they have worked the kinks out.
