You can't beat being a member of the cinemark movie club. That being said, since they reopened, this theater has gone downhill. The fountain drink are breaking down. The concessions are hardly stocked. The employees have no clue what they are suppose to do. The last 3 movies someone has had to tell them to turn the theater lights off after the movie started. Need better management and get this theater back to where it was.
It was good, except for the concessions/bar...they were very limited due to COVID and since for us, the theatre food is an important part of the experience ud83dude0b, it was a little disappointing...the bar only had two types of beer ud83cudf7a and some wine. We were told that due to the limited hours, there's no one there during the weekdays to receive deliveries? So they don't get their supplies? Otherwise, as usual, comfortable seating and good movieud83cudf7f
As always Cinemark is the best theater in the area! I drive from Waco to this theater because it is always amazing. The facility is super clean, the service is spectacular, the popcorn fresh and the seats are fluffy and recline with a tray!!! You should be watching movies here!!
Super Amazing! Especially during COVID, I feel super safe being here and watching a movie with my family. The staff is super friendly and courteous. We have definitely missed being at the movies!
Great place, comfortable seats, good staff. Really nice experience every time I go.
