I’ve never met Charles Kerr in person, and I haven’t seen my property since I hired Charles, but I have trusted him with my rental property for 3 years, and he’s lived up to my trust, even while I was abroad. My property is a mobile home in a South suburb of San Antonio, so my tenants haven’t always been stellar, and deposits were almost never enough to cover for the damage done.nHowever, Charles has helped me improve my property enough to get a quality renter this last year, and it’s been great.nnHe’s taken care of all logistics and repairs for me, for a fair price, and that’s what I expect from a professional property manager.nnUpdate: I met Charles in 2020 and he was everything that I expected.
