$22 spent on a super premium platinum wash. Timed against the vehicle that entered the wash before us. Exactly the same amount of time spent in the wash system and they purchased a far less expensive wash option. Bugs were still on the front of what is essentially a brand new vehicle and the bottom half of the back of our Rav4 was left filthy. Can't recommend and will not return. Rip. Off
I took my car to get a wash after the rain last night. I just recently purchased this car a few months ago. I asked for a pre-scrub which I honestly thought was a blast with a power wash to get off the bird poop. I’m paying attention to my son in the back and thought she was spraying down my car with the power wash. To my horror, my all black car was being scrubbed down with a bristled brush. Right when I freaked out she stopped and put my car through the wash before I was able to say anything. I thought maybe I was overreacting and it was fine. Now that I’m home, there are scratched all over the hood and trunk of my car, water spots all over, and honestly I am so upset.
The cost vs value is great. You need to go straight to vacuum after coming out of the bay to dry off car, if u don't it will leave hard water spots, a lesson learned for me. But well worth it.
Wash was ok. I have had better washes there. But I think the guy was too tired, & hurried to prep my car thoroughly.nVacuum hose was short & I had difficulty reaching into the trunk all the way. Even using both sides.
I needed to get my husbands truck washed it filthy. So I paid to have it washed, and after it was done I drove over to the vacuum's and saw that it was still dirty on driver side. So I went up to the office. The gentleman told me to go the the wash again at no charge. The 2nd time it was clean. Thank you so much. I'm shall return again.
