Mandy was absolutely AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable and represented us holistically. She was very genuine and adamant. She always advocated accordingly and kept our best interests priority. I admired her truthfulness and if/when there was an instance she did not know something, she was quick to contact someone who did. I appreciated that she was ALWAYS available given my schedule of working nights. This was by far the best experience that I have ever had working with someone! Truly an amazing person and a great asset to MGM realty.

I have used Beverley Landrum for several years now and she has helped me buy 2 homes. Working with her through this process has been a God send! She helped me through every step of the way and answered any questions I had. And if she did not know the answer she was real quick to call whoever to get the answer we were looking for! She makes house buying not quite so daunting!

My wife and I worked with Beverly for several months (June-August) trying to locate the home that was right for us. We had a very particular list of 'must haves' and time to wait for the 'right' home. Throughout the process Beverly was amazing always keeping in touch with us when new properties popped up which we may be interested in and she was always quick to respond to our calls and text messages. Once we located the house we wanted, Beverly pulled out all the stops making sure all our bases were covered, listening to our concerns and providing us guidance based on her experience. We could not be more happy with our new home and we will be recommending Beverly and MGM to all our friends and acquaintances!
